Which european leagues use the head to head method?


i only know the spanish league

if you mean to ask what is the method used to define the champion when 2 teams are tied at the end of the championship: Spain - direct matches, Italy - the two top team play a play off, England - goal difference
well,i imagined all league do that.unless somebody educates me on this one.
I KNOW THE FRENCH LEAGUE USED A SORT OF 'HEAD-TO-CHEST' METHOD, WHEREAS THE ITALIANS USE A MORE 'HEAD-TO-BALL-TO-NET' METHOD
