one you reach 21 and you have played for a countries senior side you cant switch national teams!

Yes, Ferenc Pusk谩s played for Hungary in 1954 and Spain in 1962. However, nowadays it's no longer possible for a player to play for another country's senior national team after winning at least one competitive cap for one country.
