Do you live in a football living country? |
I do! In NIGERIA, whenever the national teams, score a goal , the whole place is fully drowned by the nice of "GOAL!!!!" And when the opposing team score there are sounds of "BOO" and Crying. I do too! I live in England and we are a football mad country! can i ask you something if you dont mind!? whats your nationality? I wouldn't consider Canada a footballing nation, but people here love the sport which is great.. although there are some idiots. I'm from Portugal though and grew up there & in Brasil for a few years so I definitely always lived in a footballing nation. It's a change not to be all about footie... but in a year or two I'm gone to either Spain or England. too much hockey in canada.. I wish I did... Its not so bad....Many people from all over the world in New York City.....and cultures tend to stick to their roots....one of them being Futbol.... People will openly celebrate ...more on the National level.... I am of South American roots....and live very close to an Italian community.....they were going bonkers when they won WC 2006.....I walked around seeing them going crazy.... So...its not all that bad in the USA....depends where you live I guess.. No. Here in the US we're more of a "football" country. :( I was born in one (Argentina), but now that I live in the USA, my family and I are the only ones yelling GOOOOOL in the entire neighborhood. It's depressing. not at all..i dont just live in the us..but i live in the middle of no where in the us...and my school has basicly every team but a soccer team.... |
