For the experts. What will the Sonics Depth Chart look like after all the moves?


We all know Durant will start at SF, flanked by Wilcox at PF, but what about the other three? What do you think?

C: Robert Swift - Showed promise when he wasn't injured. P.J. Carlesimo plays inside-outside basketball. Swift will get oppurtunities.

PF: Chris Wilcox - He'll see a lot of time at C too.

SF: Kevin Durant - Not yet strong enough to play PF against the likes of Duncan or Garnett yet.

SG: Delonte West - Another playmaker. Carlesimo likes to play slow, West will be a perfect fit. Wally's outside shot could give West a challenge for this spot.

PG: Luke Ridnour - He'll have the job to start the season. It's his to lose.


Bench (IN ORDER OF PLAYING TIME THEY'LL GET):

PF Nick Collison - They'll shuffle the trio of Wilcox, Swift, and Collison at the Big 2

PG Earl Watson- Luke isn't a full time PG. Earl is a nice Spark.

SF Jeff Green- He is ready to play. The Sonics will make sure he gets minutes. They don't want to overwork Durant right away.

SG/SF Wally Szerbs- With his contract he better produce. He'll see a lot of time backing up West. He is the Sonics best shooter now that Allen and Lewis are gone.

C Johan Petro- Fortson won't be back, so either Petro or Sene is getting extra playing time, Petro has more experience.

Gelabale- I hope he sees enough minutes. He has potential and cool hair.

Wilkins- Split time with Gelabale.

Sene- He'll probably have a number of unexplainable injuries this year... wink, wink. Source(s): I miss Ray Allen too.
Ray Allen should have stayed. He would have made the Sonics even better. Durant is the lebron of the Sonics. hes the only one thats a real threat. Keep Allen. Why did they trade?

They will only win 30 game, nevertheless.
