Pro bouts are 3 minute rounds, and a 1 minute break. 3 minute rounds, 1 minute breaks Boxing rounds are usually 3 minutes long, with a one minute break in between rounds. rounds are 3min long, with 1 minute between rounds. 3 minutes and i think breaks are as long as needed Rounds 3 mins Breaks 1 min In the Pros it's 3min rounds with a 60 sec break. In amats it's anywhere between 4 2min rounds or 3 3min rounds with again - 60secs inbetween. |
