Mayeather vs Hatton has been set for November 10th in Las Vegas. What weight will they fight at?

If the fight is at 154lbs Floyds WBC light middleweight title will be on the line

if the fight is at 147lbs Floyds WBC welterweight title will be on the line

if the fight is at 140lbs no title will be at stake

I think the fight can't be at 154 because Hatton can't put on that much positive weight & he would be slower than he already is. Also it would be difficult for Hatton at 147 because his only fight at 147 he barely beat Luis Collazo who most people don't know. Finally if they have it at 140 what does it benefit Floyd he already had that title & why would he want it again. So it will be interesting to see where they decide to to this at. My opinion is 147 which is the middle ground & Hatton will get destroyed either way!!!!

yeah at 147 because at 140 mayweather has been there done all that.....so why would he want to down 8 lbs for the junior welterweight title.....so it has to be the welterweight division....and mayweather wasn't a junior middleweight his last fight with de la hoya....he was weighted in at 150 at the weigh-ins but fight night he was 148!.....plus i got mayweather by tko either way it goes!!! don't care bout what round it comes in either.....Hatton is so overrated he should be in the wwf or some crap..i do like his speed though but it wasn't be there at welterweight...plus floyd will show the world why he is p4p best.....winner of cotto-margarito-williams is who floyd should fight next then a super fight with mosley....then i would pretty much called it a career...... unless he wants to win another title in another division at 160 cause he could outbox taylor, sturm, or any them.....then maybe hatton n de la hoya could fight at a catch weight....
its at 147

They HAVE to fight at 140, otherwise they might as well not even fight. It will be for Rickey's title at that weight. Titles don't mean anything to Floyd anyway - just money! And there should be a ton of it from the 120,000 that would pack Wembley stadium. I think Hatton has a real good chance to win at that weight because Floyd will be at full power and have no excuse to run. Also, a fight in England will keep him from running because he won't get a decision there unless he fights for it. I don't see Floyd fighting Hatton in England at 140 because Floyd has always proven that he doesn't fight unless he has ALL the advantages in his favor. I think you posed that question to put Hatton out of his weght class and give Floyd the upper hand. Do you work for him?
Why would Hatton be the challenger? He's a titleholder too? Hatton could go back to England and make a fortune packing stadiums with anybody he wanted to fight. Mayweather is the one who is sniffing out a big payday! So really, that makes HIM the challenger!
no way the fight is at 140, No way.

it will be at 147. Hatton is the Challenger and Champ should never make concessions to the Challenger.

Especially to a fighter like Hatton.
WHy not at 140, it would make the most sense there. It will probably be at 147 for stupid reasons, although it should be at 140 so both are at their best.
