Increase strength without weights? |
how do i increase my arm strength without using weights? i do pushups regularly but am not sure how much i should do a day. any suggestions??? Should do close to a hundred push-ups a day to get that effect of weights. You can also work your triceps by staying infront of a chair and then using your arms to go up and down. You can work the legs by standing and bending the knees and putting your arms forward but keeping your back straight and then going up and down. That works your quads. If you wanna work your calves, just tiptoe or bend by the ankles up and down. Exercize Yoga or pilates for sure!!! they both work parts of your arms and muscles that don't normally get worked by the angles that weights work and they give you strength and balance not bulk.... they also oxygenate your muscles and work to flatten you muscles which create more stamina and help them heal faster.... all olympic gymnist use pilates to strengthen their body Push ups, knuckle push ups, pull ups pilates one handed push ups get your girlfriend/wife to sit on your **** and try and lift her up with her still siting on it this will improve your strength where its really needed eat food |
