How many times a week do boxers weight train and do they focus more on push ups and fitness stuff?



I see them on tv juging,runing,jumping ropes,doing dumbles,and bench presing do they do more than that as a person in the gym.Do they only focas on arms and chest while lifting weights or do they do other muscles and how many times a week do they do it:?

They pretty much do everything but ALOT of cardio and sparring

Contrary to what you see in TV or movies, boxing is no easy task. Any fool can start a bar-brawl, but it takes a strong mind and body to really fight.

So I would say that they focus on everything, from cardio to muscle strength to fitness.
