Roy Jones would win. Even at middleweight, Jones would be too strong and even more scary, he would be just a fast as Mayweather. I also don't think the mentality of Jones would allow him to let a smaller fighter control the pace of the fight. I could see Roy taking some risks against Mayweather, because of his size and his pick and choose shot style, which I like to call of Mayweather's.
I think Roy would win by split-decision because he is a more talented and more accurate puncher than Oscar ,Floyd was able to counter and block the majority of Oscar's wild punches, Roy would fight a smarter and tactical fight with Mayweather.
