John l. sullivan 35-1-1 (30) vs. frank p. slavin 42-10-6 (35)...pick em?

Slavin did have 35 KO's but it was in over 80 fights not in 42 fights. The 30 KO's Sullivan has is also misleading as he fought several guys who he outweighed by at least 25 pounds. He also lost to Corbett who weighed over 30 pounds less than he did. Slavin would be closer to Sullivan's weight so it would be a fair fight in the weight department. Slavin is in the fight the whole way but is KO'd in the 17th round.

How bout this one, Joe Grimm(6-91-9) vs Reggie Strickland(66-276-17), who wins that war?
