Rank these light heavyweight fighters? |
1 - 10. 1 being the best 10 being the worst out of and in no particular order. Dariuz Michalczewski, Virgil Hill, Dennis Andries, Micheal Spinks, Roy Jones Jr, Henry Maske, Micheal Moorer, Charles Williams, Thomas Hearns, Antonio Tarver 1. Micheal Spinks 2. Micheal Moorer 3. Roy Jones Jr 4. Dariuz Michalczewski 5. Virgil Hill 6. Thomas Hearns 7. Antonio Tarver 8. Henry Maske 9. Dennis Andries 10. Charles Williams Do not know who Charles Williams is and I put the Hitman at no. 6 due to him not being in that division long enough and he was not a true Light Heavy and neither was Jones but Jones accomplished more than Hearns. Source(s): Amateur Middleweight Boxer and avid boxing fan. Gene Tunney, Archie Moore, Bob Foster, and especially Ezzard Charles - would go through all those guys like a hot knife through butter! OK Baz- Spinks Moorer Hill - due to very long career - Didn't he fight in the 1932 Los Angeles Olympics? Williams Tarver I don't consider Hearns and Jones viable Lt. Heavy champs. The other two, I don't know very well. Devon - that was Prince Charles Williams Tommy Hearns Roy Jones Jr and the rest would fall under these because they all have been manipulated in a fight Michael spinks with mike Tyson in a first round KO. Michael moorer was KO by an old foreman and so on. i have seen this with my own eyes Spinks, Hill, Tarver, Jones...in that order, 1-4.Michalczewski was all earnestness, forced fierceness, and muscles...Moorer was better as heavyweight, but had too many "personal" problems to stay on top of his game...Hearns was devastating and "hitman" only as a welter. Maske was not bad, Andries and Williams? Eh...Hill had talent but no charisma and little power, he will be forgotten by all but the boxing cognoscenti...Williams is totally uninvolving...these aren't the best but the ones you wanted us to rank. Archie Moore, Harold Johnson, Ezzard Charles are my all-time favorites. |
