Who are the champions in each weight class and who's the number one overall fighter in boxing right now?

i'm new to the boxing section,so that's why i asked this question

The title of "champion" in professional boxing today is all but meaningless due to the political manipulation of the alphabet sactioning orgainizations, but here is the blogbaba's list of the best of today's current weight classes.

The best heavyweight in the world is Wladmir Klitschko, but due to the bizarre nature of boxings political structure he doesn't hold any of the meaningless alphabet soup titles.

The best cruiserweight in the world is probably Jean Marc Mormeck, but he has had some serious competition from Oneil Bell, again the alphabet soup sanctioning bodies have polluted the title of "champion" to the point that it is almost meaningless.

The two best light heavyweights in the world right now are Clinton Woods and Chad Dawson, and again due to the conflicting political manipulation of the alphabet sanctioning bodies that pollute boxing, a true champion must remain unnamed.

The two best super middleweight's in the world are Mikkel Kessler and Joe Calzaghe, and in this case Calzaghe appears afraid of Kessler and will not settle the argument. Both hale from Europe, and appear to be destined to eventually fight each other, but when and where is another question all together, and it may never be answered. American Bernard Hopkins would most likely be a serious threat to either, but due to Hopkins advanced age, Bernard would be an underdog against either European. Sadly for boxing, due to the inability of the sanctioning bodies to put aside political differences and the worship of $$$ again boxing fans may never actually know who is the best. The titles held mean nothing.

The best middle weight in the world right now is Jermain Taylor, but several youngsters may soon prove the blogbaba wrong, and the best prospect to dethrown Taylor is a guy named Kelly Pavlik. Again sanctioning bodies cloud the issue with paper champions for political reasons.

The best junior middleweight in the world is a guy name Ronald "Winky" Wright, and again the alphabet soup title belts are meaningless.

The best Welterweight in the world is a tougher call, as this division has some serious talent, but it is either Miguel Cotto or Floyd Mayweather Jr., and again title belts are meaningless.

The best Junior Welter weight in the world is again either Floyd Mayweather Jr. or Ricky Hatton, time will tell and the sanctioning bodies are meaningless.

The best featherweights in the world are Juan Manuel Marquez and Manny Pacquaio.

The best juniorfeather weight/bantam weight is Juan's brother Rafael.

The best little guy is Pongsaklek Wonjongkam.

The best over all of the fighters listed above is Floyd Mayweather Jr.
Ur best bet is go to THE RING magazine website. They have a complete list of every champion in every division. And as of now Floyd Mayweather jr. Is considered the best pound 4 pound according to them. Hope this helps.
ex fighter and lover of the sweet science
Go to ESPN.COM and the Boxing section will have a list of all of the weight class champions and the top ten contenders...I use this tool quite often. As far as the pound for pound best, I would have to say Floyd Mayweather as much as I dislike him. He is still undefeated and coming off of a win against De La Hoya who is one of the greatest fighters at his weight ever. Hope that helps
