You are right it will never happen. In fact Vargas is suppose to fight Mayorga in September and I predict his face to look pretty similar to the one on your link as Mayorga has quite a punch himself. Hopefully after Mayorga beats him down he will go back to acting (Alpha Dog) He just hasn't had any skills or discipline since he has tried to come back and he is ruining the good impression he had with his fans as being one of the youngest champs and all.
