The current WBA featherweight champ his record currently is 39 wins 0 losses 1 draw. Ive never seen him fight but know that he has a win over Juan manuel Marquez who some people think should be the p4p no 1, but i rarley hear Chris Johns name mentioned on this forum despite having a record as good as he has and having a victory over one of the current most highly rated fighters, admittedly thats probably because he fights mostly out of Indeonesia though. What are your thoughts on him and how good is he compared to the current feather and superfeatherweight fighters?.
His record is impress what remains to be seen is whether or not he can beat top fighters. He has beaten 2 named fighters that I know of like Gainer and Marquez. Against Gainer I heard he went down in the 1st not sure how the rest of that fight went. Against J.M.Marquez some say the mexican should have won instead they gave Chris John the win. I would love to see him against Manny Pacquiao that's fo sho!
