Good question sir. Vito was more of an iron chinned and tough brawler and Benvenuti was a good boxer. Antuofermo would press the action but would get hit with counterpunches from the slick boxing Benvenuti. This would be a relatively close fight with Benvenuti capturing the close but unanimous decision.
vito was just a tough contender who happend to win belt and make questionable draw against hagler. nino was all time great midddleweight. vito would get chopped up and tko'd around 9th rd.
