Battle of the big punchers, over 12 rounds heavyweight who wins? Mike Tyson in his prime would beat Earnie in his prime. Tyson got with the wrong management group and with it traveled the wrong road. Tysons power was frightening and he feared no one and everyone feared him! Holmes wouldn't fight him till he was too old...Buster...right place at the right time...Tysons head wasn't in Tokyo. Buster Douglas knocked out mike Tyson and Douglas had no where near the power Ernie Shavers had. Both were bulls who destroyed opponents. It would simply be how long Tyson would go until shavers hit him with a bomb. Shavers took a much better punch then Tyson as Tyson was never really tested until Douglas.Shavers was tested many times.) Larry Holmes would say of his second fight with Shavers that Shavers threw the hardest blow he (Holmes) had ever taken. Holmes was ten times the boxer Tyson was and that allowed him to beat shavers.Tyson was Taylor made for "The Acorn". Tyson's walk in style would have resulted in a KO for Shavers. OK take this and write it down. Mike Tyson would have beaten anyone in his prime before everybody around him started dying. Yes he would have beaten anyone including Ali. |
