Where can one go camping in maryland with fishing or crabbing and the abilities to have a open fire?
Assategue Or Chincoteague Islands on Marylands eastern shore. You can surf fish, ride horseback on the beach, catch crabs, and fires on the beach are permitted (bring your own wood) The also have campgrounds with water/electric hook-ups for tent campers and RV's.Bathrooms, Hot Shower's and picnic areas with tables and grills. I've been camping there over 20 years and it's beautiful....not to mention a blast to have a bonfire on the beach with music, and friends!
