Where can you go on climbing trips in Dorset-Devon? |

Don't know about Devon, but we don't have any mountains here in Dorset mate.! Just gently rolling hills.I guess what you need is a climbing wall in a gym somewhere, with instruction.Sorry I can't be more help. it would appear that freebird is incorrect though I don't have a clue what it looks like there in devon being a yank and all but have a look in the link I posted. devon and cornwall have many routes listed, this link is a route finding database on rock climbing.com where locals can post new routes or areas, somebody is climbing around there. if I was taking a trip to about anywhere in the world to climb I'd look on this site first and then go invest in a guide book to the areas I was wanting to visit. freebird is also correct, you should look into a climbing gym as that is probably the easiest way to learn to climb these days. http://www.rockclimbing.com/cgi-bin/rout...
