Is foreign coach good for indian cricket team?If yes please write in 200 words..? YES,Foreign coaches are necessary for Indian team.Simply for the fact that they are no good,qualified Indian coaches.How many Indian coaches are wanted by international teams?all teams look for foreign coaches esp Australians.Foreign coaches come with good coaching qualifications,coaching experience and modern training methods.They are good analysers of the game,study the oppositions before game,man manage the players well,point out their faulty techniques and prepare the team well before a match.They are good in spotting young talent and emphasise players in all aspects of the game.yes foreign coach good for indian cricket team because they are much experinsed to the condition of other countries yes i think they are good , as long as they are effective , but the only problem they might face is , they can not live cricket and eat cricket like we indians do , like what just happened with greg chappel , but its alrite to have a foreign coach. Foreign Coaches are nodoubt necessary for the methodical trainings, fitness techniques etc. that they give. However important is the attitude of that person. Someone like Greg Chappel with somuch cricket talent & knowledge but with so little man management skills shall no doubt be a disaster. Foreign or desi coach is not the point, how about India recruiting 11 foreign players instead! Oh yes, need an outside influence who can see them as cricketers and not models. |
