Is Buerhle still staying with the SOX? Or will they trade? |
Who do you think they are going to trade? Please don't say the most excellent AJ Pierzynski. He has wanted to play for the Cards, but it looks like he'll stay on the South Side this year & possibly sign elsewhere next year. I hear they're shopping Dye and Iguchi hard. I just heard on Dan patrick they pulled him off the market and are trying to resign him Buerhle is gone for sure. Dye will most likely be traded as well. They seem to be shopping the whole team around. They would be really stupid to trade Buerhle. Good starting pitching is hard to find. I heard they are close to signing him to an extension in which case he won't be traded. He's gonna be traded. Look for him to go to the other Sox, or the Mets... I think the ChiSox are gonna start to rebuild The floated the Buerhle on the market story to guage his value around the league. Supposedly there was less interest at this point than they thought (mainly becuase many teams think they can get him for free after the season). Now that it is clear to the Sox, Buerhle, and his agent that he isn't quite as coveted as first thought, they are going to try and sign a deal which reflects his true value. |
