FF Trade yes or no .? |
(Burress for Colston). I have Brees ,Evans,M.Booker,Kennison. WEAK WR I have. Thanks. I don't think this trade should be made. Burress although very streaky can dominate for weeks at a time. Now with Tiki Barber gone they don't have that go-to running back anymore so Eli will be throwing more. Also, with Tiki gone more balls will go to the receivers than the quick screens that they would often throw to Barber. Lastly, if you are thinking about the Colston-Brees combo, my opinion is that the QB-WR hookups are overrated, unless it is Peyton and Harrison/Wayne or Palmer and Johnson. Even those combos can hurt you certain weeks. It can just hurt you too much if the QB has a bad week because that usually means the WR will suffer too. As stated by someone else, Colston will fall off a little because due to losing Joe Horn. I wouldnt do it purely because i am a little wary of the Colston hype. I think his sophomore season will be a bit of a drag since he will have to shoulder most of the load without Joe Horn. I would stick with the experience in Burress over Colston but that is just me. YESSSS. Colston is way better and more consistent than Burress. Colston also has Brees as a QB while Burress has Eli Manning who is young and not that great. And when you have Brees-Colston combo, you will be unstopable. I would not make that trade if i were you. colston will be one year wonder. I won't do it if i were you. |
