Who was the most overpaid Free Agent this year? |
So many players moving team to team, which one ,in your mind, got the most rediculous contract? Nate Clements, 80 million 8 year contract with 22 million guarenteed. That is more than any other defensive player in the league. And he is far from the best defensive player in the league. He might be in the top ten corners, like number 9. Nate Clements. He's a top 10 corner. But his contract couldve fed a village in Africa for 5 years. :) IDK , who ? Daniel Graham of the denver broncos. The Broncos signed him to like 4 or 5 year deal worth 35 mil. thats crazy considering hes no where close to being one of the leagues top TEs. Hes average but not even close to be being worth that kind of money. They probably wont even use him that much, considering they have javon walker to go deep and cutler has such a powerful arm. and travis henry will have a good season. My runner-up here is clements with the 8 year, 80 million dollar deal. The only reason why he wasn't my first choice is because hes one of the top at his position and is an excellent player... still very over-paid for a player who probably won't play 8 more years. Not even the top corner (champ bailey) gets that kind of money. lenard davis....but i guess dallas needs 2 protect their QB :D... All of them. They are all overpaid, every single pro athlete. If they love it sooooo much, why do they bicker over their salaries? Most Overpaid Jon Kitna for the Detroit Lions. |
