Are F1 being sexist???? |
Why aren't us women allowed to drive F1 cars????? Supposedly there have actually been 5 female F1 drivers in history. There are currently a few female racers trying to break into F1 and I hope they do. But I wouldn't say they are being sexist - more unwilling to change. Unfortunately it happens in a lot of sport. Tennis being a good example - why are men's game 5 games and women's only 3? Women can last for 5 game matches as well :) Source(s): http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/motorspo... They don't have a glove box to keep all your cr*p in, now stick the kettle on luv I'm gasping here. WOMEN CANT DRIVE! Women would be allowed to if they were good enough. The trouble is that it is a los more physical than it looks, pulling several G's through the corners. Lie on your side on the floor & hold your head off the ground with no support - this is only 1 G - imagine your head weighing 4 times that & add 4 times the weight of a helmet & they have that pressure on their neck for a couple of hours through each corner. I think that there aren't enough Women who actually want to, i don't really think it is sexist.. But then again it is. The women who aren't allowed to drive f1 should start their own car races.. an even better one.. They should be. After there is no parking to do so they should manage ok. |
