me and my friends are holding a downhill dreby and i need to make a car any tips on making a car

medium size weight,
low to the ground,
as slim as possible,
aerodynamic,
loose, but straight, wheels
Make it as heavy as possible, narrow and aerodynamic and make sure it rolls really easy with hard tires.
