Can i throw pods off to teh side of the arena? |
i have a harness that takes a little too long to put my pods back after reloading...i was wondering if i could throw my pods off to the side after i reload and pick them up after the game. will they get stolen? is this legal in the game? No one is going to steal your pods. If you are that paranoid, mark them with a sharpie or something and no one will touch them for sure. Be careful about "throwing" pods. According to NPPL rules, you are not allowed to do that. What most players do is just fill their hopper and drop the pod on the spot. Please don't throw it anywhere because it's dangerous and you will give away your position if you happen to be behind a dorito that no one suspected you in. You don't want to through pod away when you are in the snake because you will get bunkered big time. In any case, simply fill your hopper and drop your pod on the spot. Pick them up after the game, no one will take them, trust me. And don't try to put them back in unless you have alot of time on your hands.. ya but some one might steel them yes you can do that, but you stand the chance of someone stealing them if you dont go pick them up right away. you can try doing what i did, i went to the hardware store and got some colored tape and wrapped it around my pods so i can easily see if they are mine. you could also try just dropping them at the bunker that you are at. but with dropping them you stand the chance of stepping on them and breaking them. its fine thats is what i do have never had any stolen most players are very honest they know how exp this sport is. another good thing to do is mark your pods with colored electrical tape |
