Skateboarding Lessons? |
I was wondering if any1 gives skateboarding lessons, or do you just have to teach yourself? I've been teaching skatebaording for 5 years now, it's sort of a thing that you don't see to often sept at skateboarding camps but I teach at a local skatepark and I only teach up to a certain point or give tips to people who need help. Basically most of it you're going to get by yourself and really it's more rewarding that way, All I do is show kids how to do a few tricks and teach them ways of learning them quicker and being good and send them on their way. Nothing mor ethan what you could get off a youtube video. The internet is full of tips on how to complete and land tricks you just need to find them and practice a lot and you'll be fine. I learned by myself with no interent, no tv, just some magazines, pics and trying and working hard. Anyone can do it, they just really have to want to. Good luck. Source(s): 16 years skateboarding I've never heard of a skateboard instructor but im sure they exist.. i taught myself! ya teach yourself its alot more fun that way or skate with friends and get them ot help you i kinda just taught myself i hav heard of skate instructors but never seen them. once i went to a skatepark and there were these like 8 year olds and they were really good so i asked them how did u get so good and they said they had a skate instructor so i dont know any 1 who does teach people how to skate |
