How bad will this airsoft gun hurt? |
Its a spring gun. On the box it says it gos something like 390fps. But on Shortyusa.com were they measure how fast they really go it says it gos 275fps. Its called a "sniper" but it only shoots 150ft accurately so its not really a sniper. Could you compare it to something like....A paintball gun that gos 250fps or something??? Will 275fps go into your skin? make you bleed? Thanx, Josh haha wow.....a 275 fps so called sniper lol u can get a 450 fps bolt action sniper on ebay 4 cheap...anyways...275 will just sting....if u get shot up close with bare skin it will bleed and leave u a scar....just make sure when u play or when who ever plays to just have everything covered...from the head to the toes.... Source(s): i shot my friend with is shotgun (250-260 fps) on bare skin 4 punching me in the face and he was bleeding and it left him a little scar...have fun with that This is the way I would describe it. My two boys have airsoft guns with about that much power. The pellets are anything but "soft", they are solid little hard plastic balls. I'm supposed to quit smoking and they caught me, so they attacked me with their guns. You're right about the long range aspect of the gun. They can't hit the broad side of a barn with it. But...They chased me down and shot me many times at close range. It was very painful. Nothing to puncture the skin, but it stung a lot as they hit me, and I had round bruises all over my legs for about a week. The lesson here?....Don't smoke! ;-) Hope that helps! 275 that's pathetic the guns me and my friends use are full auto 350 to 400 fps and some of the guys are getting 475 sniper rifles and airsoft does not pierce skin but if they are using metal bbs in a sniper then just walk away and don't play because you can get killed from using metal bbs |
