Can you make yourself double jointed?
I really want to be double jointed in my legs to do Splits and Straddles better. But, I dont even know if I am?
If I can make myself doule jointed for my straddles and stuff for cheerleading, then how?
And, How can I even tell if I am double jointed there?
You cannot make yourself double jointed...either you are or you aren't.
When people say they are "double jointed" they are really just very very flexible. There have been no medically documented cases of any human ever having more joints than they should have. If you think about it for a minute you will realize that if someone was indeed "double jointed" you would see that joint. Two elbows on one arm, two knees on one leg, etc. So what you want to do is look into a stretching routine that will increase your flexibility.
