What is the most forgiving driver on the market? |
and what degree driver is considered the most forgiving? The greater the loft the better you'll be if your whacking 'em all over the place. Save a few bucks.. get a decent driver (nothing outrageous) and take a couple lessons to straighten your swing out. Then you wont have to worry so much.... U sound like a hacker so something around a 12 degree loft with a very whippy shaft. The Cobra Speed LD Series is great! If yur asking that queston you must b bad. Take up tennis. Nike sumo squared but it has a big price tag the callaway ft-i is really forgiving. I tried it out a couple of days ago and it went really straight. I swung to my fullest (Im a pretty big guy) and when I swung, it was straight. Disadvantage is that you get no distance out of it. But I play it like accuracy is better than distance just for the heck of it...i picked up a mizuno driver one day...it didnt hit exceptionally far...but it had a giant sweet spot! everything seemed to go off the tee with minimal hook or slice... but alas, no driver can save a wretched golf swing...if your at the range with a number of drivers and still hitting bad....u should start to take your swing more into account...watch some golf channel "golf academy' episodes or have someone who knows what their doin give u a couple pointers... you know its an incredibly difficult game...dont get angry with it, keep yourself loose and poised when swinging and your head down...and good luck! |
