Why am I hooking my driver?
In the past I've always had a natural fade if anything. My irons are still fine, but I am absolutely snap hooking my driver. I'm talking about OB after about 100 yards. I have no confidence on the tee anymore. What am I doing??
Could be any of several swing flaws...I'd see a teaching Pro and get it fixed real quick.
we cant really know what your doing since we cant see you
video tape yourself put the video on youtube or something

Without seeing what the ball is doing, it's hard to say what is happening.
Here are two things to consider
1) does the ball start at contact, going on a path to the right, left or where you are aimed (where you are aimed is an imaginary line drawn through your ball that is parallel to an imaginary line drawn between your heels)
2) Once the ball is in flight, does it turn (left if you're right-handed) at 100 yards out?
If the ball goes on a path to the left at contact it indicates that your club head path is in that direction.
If your ball turns to the left, it indicates that your club face is closed at impact and the ball is spinning to the left.
You might find that you're doing both.
In general, a sudden shift to a severe left to left hook is from 'coming over the top' with a closed club face. It is likely something you always do, but normally your club face is open and your out to in club path is not as exaggerated, so your ball flight is usually slightly to the left to start and then fades to the right.
You should take a series lessons with a certified golf instructor if you actually want to fix the issue.
However, if you just want to fiddle, two things to watch are:
1) be sure you take the club back low to the ground on a path straight back from the ball (along that aim line we looked at earlier). This will help to get the club in a good position at the top of your back swing which will in turn, help keep the club path on the aim line on the through swing.
2) Focus on the back of the ball and be sure that at impact you see the club hitting the back of the ball.
Could be shutting the club face in your back swing or turning your right hand over to soon in your down swing.
when you are coming through the driver face is not dead straight, so however much you are hooking it roll the club foward in your hands.
your grip may be too strong but make sure your not doing it with your take away i think you are going to much inside try a little more to the outside this'll help.
