How to get started in handball? What do you mean? I think I know what your asking.... TO get started you get a ball find a wall close your fingers together and hit the ball as hard as you can....... basically if u want handball as a hobby,u can practice it in ur house,but if u want it for ntering ur schoolteam or sumthin like tat you wil hav 2 go 2 sum gud coaching camps. If you are talking about TEAM handball, then read these rules first. http://sportsrules.50g.com/handballteam.... then, check if there is any sports club in your area, with a good team and coach, and, start training._ I train handball for looong time now. first which handball r u referring 2? the olympic version where u hold a volleyball-sized ball and throw it into a net, or the american version where ur hitting a palm-sized ball against a wall back and forth against an opponent? Practice pocket pool firt in order to play hand ball. Contestants are dudes with balls. how to get started......GET A ball!!!...then a wall....wow..easy, hand ball, just hit away play...fun!!! elementray school. lol |
