Does anyone think the St. Louis Blues will make anymore moves?? Well souray is still available so maybe the blues will try to pick him up. St.Louis ranked 2nd last on the power play last year and souray is the right man to help that power play out next year. Just look at Montreal's power play last year it was 1st in the NHL. Souray was the main contributor, 19 ppg. If St. Louis had him then the blues could have a very powerful power play unit which might help them to get to the playoffs. Probably not....they already exceeded many people's expectations by signing Kariya to that 3 yaer deal. If they make any more moves it will probably be for a backup goaltender. But even if they dont, theyre still pretty set with Legace and Bacishua (sp) Plus Ben Bishop will be ready in about 2-3 years....and he's nasty. As a Blues fan, I'm real excited about this season. With Andy Murray coaching, Erik Johnson in his rookie season, a healthy Manny Legace and the signing of Kariya...they have a real shot at making the playoffs this year and the farm system is so deep that they'll be contenders for years to come. John Davidson has really made the right moves to turn the Blues around. I just noticed that I'm not even answering the question anymore lol. my bad.... ...I JUST BLEED BLUE!! |
