Who is the best all around forward in the NHL? |
Must be good defecively as well meaning no Crosby or Ovechkin Jarome Iginla. I can't think of a weakness in his game, including fighting when he has to, and being captain. No forward has more singlehandedly carried the offensive load for his team in recent years than Iggy. I also like Simon Gagne here. He finished with a +1 on the worst team in the league last year. His career stats prove his worth on both sides of the puck. Also, with his speed, I don't think I can name one other player I've seen get more breakaways in a season, especially when shorthanded. Another I'd put on the list is Brian Rolston. Jagr, Sacik or Drury. In his prime it has to be Forsberg... Chirs Drury , Michael Peca in his prime Malkin Rick Nash. Young strong getting better defensively.Helps on the penalty kill strong on the power play.Did great at the Worlds.Hes got plenty of upside. I'll go with the flow and be a homer and say Zetterberg. But i also think getzlaf is a very good two way player. |
