How do you become a jockey agent?
You pretty much have to find yourself a jockey, get licensed, then go to the barns every morning with your rider. Get him/her up on as many horses as you can in the morning and start to build relationships with the trainers. Then go around an make sure you are securing the mounts in the afternoon for the horses your jock is getting on in the mornings. You have to know the condition book and the quality of horses your jock is getting on i the morning. There is much more to it than that, but I thought I'd help you out a little more than the retard above me.
my friend booked mounts for a year. I see the agents file in and out the barn in the morning when I wait for my horses to go out to the track.
You must be an ogre to compensate for size, be a great liar and still be skilled enough to have a tramendous poker face in order to sell your client as an "athlete."
