Okay, so i'm a figure skater and.............? |
tomorrow i have practice really early in the morning. What is good for me to eat for breakfast? I usually just have a granola bar, or a bowl of cereal. Anytime I eat too much before I skate or swim I end up getting sick so I've found that eating something light, but something that will keep you full enough for the skating session, but not getting it too heavy so that you end up getting sick. I usually bring a snack for after wards that is my real breakfast because I'm usually very hungry after wards. I also drink plenty of Gatorade and/or water which helps keep you feeling well, but not sick. Source(s): Figure Skater AWESOME!!! ur a figure skater??? AWESOME!!! like on blades of glory??? AWESOME!!!! Chocolate chip pancakes and a three cheese omelet at IHOP. ANything healthy and not gonna weigh you down while skating. Pancakes with milk or Orange juice and an apple is what i eat before a practicein the morninng I would answer you BUT I have an open question about "skating food" and I can't reveal my "food" yet - hee hee!!!!!
