What is YOUR skating food? |
There are tons of healthy foods out there that can be included in a skater's diet - for all the good reasons. But is there ONE particular food YOU always eat . . . and it's sort of your routine to eat this before going skating?? I know - silly question . . . but Best Answer goes to the person whose skating food matches mine - HA! The food I eat is always "ritually" eaten before a test or competition - I really don't know that got started. If anything, this will be a list of super skating foods! HA! peanut butter and banana sandwich. lots of fruits, vegetables, pasta , and soup, they are all give you energy and fibre Bread? I do Jones Soda and cigs, oh and don't forget to skateboard without rum. lol ha protein bars. :D I love cucumbers, apples and caramel, a potato, carrot sticks, and a salad, but I've never eaten the same thing before a competition because it just depends on what is around, but that is generally what I eat before I would skate...the only thing that I guess I always have it water, flavored water or Gatorade. I eat power bars, and chili fries if i have the choice, except not if i'm dieting. haha. and usally it is whatever my mum puts in the cooler when she picks me up from school to take me down there, and usally it consisits of my brothers food which is cheese sticks, peanut butter crackers, and a apple juice box here and there, and thankfully all this food grows to you. haha. The night before, I have steak, salad, and pasta. Just like Sasha Cohen. That morning, coffee and a light breakfast of fruit and yogurt. |
