to skate to the song, "So She Dances" by Josh Groban? I would! And I will. That's going to be my first program's song. yeh i can see that actually. it would have to be very well choreographed tho..very artistic. a nice layback would look beautiful on the "shes spinning between constellations and dreams" good luck with it. it will be a lovely program xoxox no two points hmm...i think its quite okay ...but that's not my first song in my figure skating competition last yr..it was sway by PCD..its kinda hard mastering the manouvers but its worth it...i would like to request my coach about that song in my nxt competition nxt month^^ Pretty song choice! Artistic program? If you love it and it's ok to use a song with lyrics for your event - then GO FOR IT! Brush up on those ballet moves (wink) - it'll be a beautiful program!! I think it would be great for an Artistic program! Figure Skater That's a very nice goal to set for yourself. Smart move. I have a few students who don't want to test or compete yet, but wanted a program, so we made one up together to their favorite songs. I added all of the 'tough stuff' we've been working on and some new moves, so it's a fun way to practice. It is a lovely song. I like to listen to music while I'm skating and just improvise as I go along. I prefer rock and pop to piano concertos and classical music. Have fun and enjoy! |
