As far as I know he's still alive. He didn't die as a result of the fight if that's what you're asking. I spotted him at the last World Combat League show I saw. That was probably filmed last year. Pretty sure it was him... It's hard to miss a shirtless "Trauma"
No he didn't die, though he did suffer a severe concussion, he is still a trainer for the Lions Den.
He retired and he trains fighters in Lion's Den Dallas.
