On youtube a muay thai fighter (i'll call him fighter A) low kicked his opponent (fighter B) then, fighter B

blocked the kick with his shin which caused fighter A's leg to break and his foot was flopping around is that possible?

yes if he's conditioned enough or the impact hit just the right place. if fighter A had kicked fighter B with the joint of his foot instead of his shin or instep, it's possible to break the joint.
yes it is possible to kick someone so hard you can break your own leg doing it
yep i would hate for that to happen to me it sounds/looks painful for the breaky lol
yes, a direct block with the knee could do that if there was enough force and the other persons leg wasn't conditioned
it all depends on force, existing medical conditions, etc. but very possible
I have seen the video and yes its real it was a hard kick by "fighter A" and the block by fighter B was perfect but it was more one of those freak things that happens blocking it with the shin is very common taught in most stand up styles but it is not meant to break soemones foot and it wont usually
Very possible.
