So Who Has The Best Latin America Clubs? Argentina, Brazil, or Mexico? |
the argentina clubs always beat the brazilian clubs the brazilian clubs always beat the mexican clubs the mexican clubs always beat the argentinian clubs which one is the king of latin america (which country has the best clubs) u got chivas, pachuca, and america for mexico boca juniors, river plate, and estudiantes la plata for argentina and sau paulo, inter, and gremio for brasil If I have to choose then I would say Argentina because they dominate more frequently and have many teams constantly playing in international tournaments. However, Brazil has more players overseas than Argentina (1000+ vs 700-800). Mexico still have to get better in club international competition and might only talk about 4 teams so far for Mexico (Pachuca, Chivas, America and Cruz Azul twice Libertadores finalist) Chile!!!!!!!! Hands Down I gotta say Brazil because as good as the other clubs might be, Brazil manages to provide awesome players that are greatly known for their agility and footwork. Although I am a fan of River, I must confess that Boca has dominated soccer in Latin America over the past decade. For the last years Boca has managed to win the Libertadores championship 5 times as also the Copa Sudamericana (off season regional championship). I still support that River Plate is the greatest of them all, but I must accept that Boca has prooven through results. Brazil and Mexico have very good teams but none have managed to dominate at international level as much as Boca. The Conmebol has a ranking based on historical achievements and Argentina has 3 teams with soceres higher than the top brazilian team. (Boca, Independiente and River). On the IFFHS page, if you look at historical ranking both River and Boca are listed before any brazilian team. (or mexican by that case). Current Ranking shows Boca as leader vs Brazil and Mexico clubs. The club from Brazil that could compare is Sao Paulo.
