Why is west ham allowing tevez to transfer?

after all that headache i would want to keep the player for atleast an entire season before giving him to a team that could force them into relegation this season

It is alleged that West Ham were given the chance to sign Tevez on a permanent deal for 拢30,000,000 ,but they turned down the offer 3 weeks ago.this alerted other clubs around Europe, yet Tevez has opted to stay in the Premiership.
I wouldn't worry that much if I were a West Ham fan, they are definitely a more stable club now than they were a few months ago.I would not bet on them for relegation.
when a player is good, he will be put into all sorts of transfer speculations.

but i don't think west ham will let him go. if they do, it will not come cheap.
cuz alot of clubs want him, he wants to leave, and west ham needs the money!!
i agree with both answers.
Probably to avoid all the controversy surrounding the player with all that contract confusion going on.
because he's to good for west ham.
Come on, is that a serious question? No one of Tevez`s calibre should be playing for teams like West Ham. They only wanted to keep him so that they could sell him for some record fee and we all know that clown Ferguson will splash money.
