i think cisse could have been a great player but i am glad zendan has gone who do you think will go next yea glad to see zenden gone but I liked cisse & thought he was gona be giving a chance with his blistering pace but rafa didnt like him so best of look to him, bellamy is on the verge of signing for west ham + fowler released & mark gonzales sold to real betis, only other player i can see going now is hyypia, so now hopefully Rafa can get them wingers he wants & a new defender & maybe give 1 or 2 of the young players a chance, Source(s): YNWA sorry, if they were shipped out, that means they did not make the grade. and it happens in every other club. they both suck. I agree with you Dan, it was clear from the off that Benitez didn't like Cisse, - when he did get on the pitch it was for the last ten minutes and always out of position and it was clear his heart belonged to LFC - Zenden was a has-been before he even came to Liverpool They had plenty of chances. Cisse is similar to El Hadji Diouf.. does bugger all for weeks, then scores a tap in and acts as though they`re the best thing since John Barnes. Zenden was rubbish in the CL Final and was given about 70 minutes too long by Rafa Benitez. I`m sure we would have won if Kewel or Risse played in that position instead!! I hope Crouch goes next and we get Eider Gudjonssen and/or Nugent from Preston. Oh, I have to admit Cisse took his goal well in The FA Cup final against West Ham. I know my stuff me! Cisse was a long term target of Houllier and didn't fit into Benitez's plan. Looked like he had great potential but i think he was given plenty of opportunities but just couldn't produce the goods. Zenden, never a Liverpool player, maybe in his earlier years but he has played his best football. |
