7th: Mexico Vs. Argentina
8th: Brasil Vs. Netherlands
9th: England Vs. Scotland
10th: Spain Vs. Portugal

They dont hate each other so they are not rivals. Both teams respect each other and are not rivals.
no where near Argentina v Brazil or Uruguay v Australia

Well Mexico's main rivalry is agains the US but Mexico also has strong rivalries with Costa Rica, Argentina, and Brazil
