Is age 13 ok for super bikes?

would the rider age 13 be ok for a super bike x7 2 stroke with the speed governor? As long as the driver is wearing a full helmet and has supervision and permission? anyone who got one at 13 or 14 ?

i guess, in my state is required you be 12 atleast to drive one of those.

Dude, at 13 I was riding a 125cc Yamaha with no speed governer. Just make em wear a helmet and set them free. Great fun. They might/probably will fall but its not the end of the world. I mean, I never fell, but they might. If you want real fun though, get em a pocket rocket :D!
Yes, I started racing motocross when I was 12, and the x7 doesn't go to fast so the rider should be fine at that age. I would suggest getting them leathers, though.
