Can any one tell me were the fuel filter is on a 50cc off road motorbike??

There is a hose that comes from the bottom of the gas tank which runs to the carburetor, if there is a fuel filter, it would be located on this hose. Most of the time there is no fuel filter.
follow the fuel line it may not have one
Some don't have an inline filter, but there is usually a small screen inside the fuel tank. Just unscrew the fuel shut-off valve - it should be attached to the top of the valve..
Been there, done that...
I'd say it would depend on the make and model of bike
If there is no "in line" filter, then there might be one on the fuel tap, that goes into the tank, or their might be one inside the carburator where the fuel line connects
As well as the fine screen mesh in the tap the other place will be in the carb bowl where heavy deposits drop out of the fuel when left to stand, these can and do block jets at start up/idling/accelerating and this bowl may need a clean out...
Could be many reasons for cutting out - check air box filter/plug/contaminated fuel/coil/capacitor etc
