AMA Superbike? |
I have an interest in F1 Racing and AMA Superbikes, how can i get started, and what do i have to do? Well ...................... do first need to choose which one. You cant race both. Also, when you are about 4 or 5 years old you will need to be semi sponsored by one of the factory JNR teams. By your early teens you will be a paid up factory racer, proberbly in Spain or somewhere like that. By the time you are 15 you will need to be on world championship podiums ( ala Bradley Smith) If you are older then the first age mentioned, you will need to have a MASSIVE amount of nateral tallent for any team to even think about making you a RACER. Sorry if that sounds a bit to the bone, but thats the way it works these days. A older freind of my Daughter asked me the same question after watching a MOTOGP race with us last year, [ he was 13 at the time ] I broke it gentle to him that he was about 10 years to late bother. I would say the only "rule breaker" of recent years is John " Hooper " Hopkins. Hope this help, although Im guessing it has not. Dude. |
