Hans device for motorcycles?

Is there such a device? Something to protect the head and neck of a racer or driver of a motorcycle. I just begnt to learn to ride a motorcycle and am interested in looking into getting such a device, if it exsists. Thank you.

Not really Hans like the car drivers use, but you can now buy bike clothing that comes with neck air bags that inflate via pull cord if you leave company with the bike.

The Hans system would not work for bike racing / riding as is almost stops you from looking from side to side.
