my head measurement is 22 1/4 should i get a medium helmet or large? (is my head too small on a medium??) You should try on the helmet you will buy as you will need to feel comfortable in it. It should always fit correctly as I have an Arai in one size and an AGV in another. You will find that helmet sizes go in CM. 52-53 XXS 54-55 XS 55-56 S 57-58 M 59-60 L 61-62 XL 63-64 XXL Hope that helps. When you get a helmet try it on, make sure it's snug, the helmet doesn't move and slop around, also make sure it's not to tight, the bottom line is make sure it feel good when its on you head. large A motorcycle helmet is one think that I would STRONGLY suggest trying on before you buy. Sizing from on manufacturer to the next is inconsistent. Even different models in the same brand have variations. If your helmet doesn't fit well it can be dangerous since it might not protect as it's supposed to. It can also be very uncomfortable for long rides. Even if you order it online to get the best price - try it on in person first to make sure you get the right size. |
