Does anyone know why lang park (now suncorp) was called 'the cauldron"? |
Does anyone know why lang park (now suncorp) was called 'the cauldron"? Because when opposition teams came to play there they used to get burned up and steamed out with an absolute hammering. And maybe it looks like a real cauldron? if you view the stadium from above it had similarities to a cauldron. A cauldron is like a bit pot Coming from an AFL fan... becasuse its round and too hot a reception for visiting teams. |
