Did any1 else wanna see the fairytle ending for joey that alfie and fittler had on their origin comebacks? |
queensland or nsw supporter He's already had in Origin, but in club footy I would've liked to have seen a better ending for 'the Master'. It would've been his last year anyway, I think, but a Premiership or something would top it off like nothing else. What would be nice is to have him run on for one last time at EnergyAustralia Stadium so that he can get his 250th. No, he already done that in 2005, before the 2005 SOO series he said he wasn't playing rep footy anymore, but after NSW lost the first game he came back into the side for the second and third games and he pretty much single handedly won them the series. Also I'm a Queenslander so of course I don't wanna see good players playing for NSW, we finally got the SOO shield back last year and we wanna keep it. im a knights/NSW supporter & i think the best deserves the best send off Today is a great day... I'm not going to have to hear about Joey Johns anymore... could the guy get anymore annoying? I'm sorry he had to quit and all that, but so did Gorden Tallis, and no one went on and on about it like they are going to with Johns. The guy is an alright player, but they hype him up so much that it just gets really fake. Last year they announced Braithe Anasta the most over rated player when really it should have been Joey Johns. He retired from Origin.. they made a big spectacle of it, he should have never sought to go back. I'm a NSW supporter and there is just one word to describe Andrew's return to origin. Blockbuster. I wouldn't know who would've been chosen as five-eighth, but I would've liked to see Andrew against Lockyer and Thurston. It'd a shame though. |
